Last night about 11.00pm my Youview Box went off with message "TV signal weak or lost. For more info go to ....YVM302". I did the usual switch on/switch off - but it was still the same. So I left it. Today, I find the same message. I have unplugged the TV aerial from the Youview box and plugged it directly into the tv. I have a perfect picture on all channels - which puts doubt that the TV signal is weak. Can the Tech Dept please advise on next steps. Thanks.
Hello Nathan Firstly, I've got to say that I am not impressed to get a reply 4 days later. I couldn't retune the Box because it kept saying "soon ready" and it never was. In the end I did a hard reset on the box by going into the maintenance option.
