I have worked for CPW/TalkTalk since early 2006, i have to say that everyday is fun, exciting and brings a different challenge. I joined the company as a 2nd Line Broadband Advisor which was a massive change & learning curve as I had previously been working for the past 6 years in a leading high street bank. After my time with the Broadband team i moved to the CEO department providing the same technical support to customers being manged by the CEO department.

From there I moved to the world of online, working within TalkTalk`s Web Team who look after TalkTalk`s website. I had two objectives, find and assist any customers posting or blogging about TalkTalk within the online arena. This soon became a massive challenge and a job too big for just one man. At the same time as I started this new role the Members Forum and Site was being created. A year or so on from then, my team "see below" and I are providing dedicated support to you "our customers" on the members forum and on external web sites and forums such as Thinkbroadband and Moneysupermarket, we even try to help customers via Facebook with our very own Facebook page.

Anyway enough of me... Please feel free to ask us any question at all however please try to refraim from sending us personal messages as it is very difficult to reply to them all, If you have a question just pop it in a new thread and we will answer you ASAP

Emma - Online Billing & Customer Service Expert

I'm Emma, and I have worked for TalkTalk for just over 3 years. I started off in customer services and quickly moved onto the correspondence team responding to general customer services queries. From there I progressed to the Sales Compliance team where I worked for 6 months before moving into the CEOs Office. My main specialism is general customer services enquiries including orders, tariffs, pricing, promotions and online billing/my account issues but I can help out with sales complaints and voice faults too if needed.

Ady - Broadband Expert

I joined TalkTalk in 2ndline Broadband Support in May 2006, having worked for the previous 18 years in vrious IT roles from Maintenance Manager at a small Computer firm to running my own business providing IT equipment, support and maintenance primarily to Educational Establishments. I have carried out many whole Network installations from cabling up to Servers and specialist Internet Management Servers, i was often recommended for my wireless networking systems including high end laser installations.

I remained with 2nd Line for 6 months were i found my feet in the company before joining CEO Broadband Support, a role which i thoroughly enjoyed as i relish a challenge and where i also supported the Forum part time. I now work full time on the Forum.

I joined Talk Talk in October 2005, where I firstly joined the line rental team and assisted in resolving line rental and provisioning issues. During this time I also developed my support scope and received training to help resolve landline faults. I remained on this team until January 2007 where I then went onto join the CEO's office and worked within the faults support team, I mainly dealt with landline faults but also provisioning and home mover queries.

Im Debbie and I have worked for Talk Talk for nearly 3 years. I firstly started on customer services but then quickly joined the TT faults team due to my fault knowledge from previously working within a telecommunications company. After 6 months I then joined the CEO's fault support team where i assisted in resolving landline faults, I was also involved with provisioning and home mover issues.

I look forward to passing on my knowledge and support to help our forum customers.

I have been working for TalkTalk since May 2005. I began by providing 1st line support to TalkTalk customers and shortly progressed to 2ndline. In October 2006 I moved to CEO Broadband Support and have worked within that department until recently moving to providing full time support for the TalkTalkMembers site. Over that time I have been able to develop upon my own knowledge and expereince within the broadband world and be able to assist customers in various aspects.

I started with TalkTalk in December 2005 providing 1st Line Technical Support for Broadband. I joined the CEO Office in May 2006 originally dealing with complaints received via the Ombudsman Otelo. I later moved over to the Broadband Support team due to my technical knowledge where I stayed until joining the Members Forum. I have a wide range of knowledge with regards to TalkTalk's services so hope to be able to help customers with the majority of issues.

I have worked for TalkTalk for nearly 5 years. I joined the newly formed TalkTalk Broadband support team in October 2004, ready for the launch of TalkTalk Broadband in November. I moved to the 2nd line team when it was formed in March 2005, for the last 3 years I have been working in the CEO's Office as a member of the Broadband Support Team until recently moving to the TalkTalk Members Forum.

I’m Mark, I have worked for CPW for nearly 4 years. After 18 months on Mobile Support as a Senior Adviser, helping train customer service agents, I moved over to TalkTalk’s CEO’s Office to handle complaints.

During the last 2 years I’ve dealt with many different customer service and billing issues, encountering some of the most intriguing problems I could imagine. My niche is customer service, investigating and resolving issues using my knowledge of products, processes and procedures across the business. I’m looking forward to bringing some of this experience to the Members Forum
