Packet Loss/ping

Having problems with online gaming lag ps3. Internet seams stable but when doing a ping test l am getting very high packet loss 88% the ping is around 35 - 40 and jitter @2 ms. used wireless, wired bit of string with a tin can on end new filters. I am using a belkin wirless G mimo with xp please help.

1. What exchange are you connected to? LCACC
2. Is your exchange experiencing any outages? No but at capacity
3. How many telephone extension sockets do you have? none
4. Do you have an NTE5 master socket and if so have you tried connecting your modem directly to the test socket? yes
5. If not is your modem connected to your Master Socket? Yes
6. Are you experiencing any problems with your phone service? no
7. What modem are you using? (Make & Model) belkin wireless mimo
8. Have you tested with an alternative modem? (Make & Model) no
9. Have you tested with a different microfilter? yes
10. Are you using a telephone extension lead? no
11. What is your modem SNR Margin down and up (From modem status page)** 3/6
12. What is your bandwidth (Connection or sync speed) down and up (from modem status page) ** 4788 844
13. Are you experiencing the disconnections at any specific time ? no
14. Which Operating System are you using on your PC xp,

pingtest.net not sure how to post the result picture. Tried ringing supportbut got little help what are my options. hate asking for help but getting owned online only real thing I use internet for.
