Hi - tried to use VPN client today and D Link router DSL-2640R reboots every time I try to connect. Seems this is a known problem - what is the suggested course of action ?

Hi - tried to use VPN client today and D Link router DSL-2640R reboots every time I try to connect. Seems this is a known problem - what is the suggested course of action ?
I have noticed that a replacement router seems to do the trick from previous posts on this forum. Can someone get a replacement router sent to me as soon as possible as VPN connectivity is key to my line of work and this is very frustrating.:confused:
If the DSL-2640R Router isnt up to the task is there a better model available to be sent out?
