Just got my broadband established again since last Friday. Don't know what exactly happened, but it is not that my DG834N does not work. (TT Telephone 2nd line support must have been confused with a different model when they referred me to Netgear, but let's not get into that).
Anyways, my problem currently is that my speed is only about 500 kbps UP and 100 down! It used to be around 3000 up for the past year, and was hoping actually that this could be closer to 8 Meg.
I am hoping I can get some support here, like some of the other customers have had, today.
