VPN causes Echolife Restart

When I use my works Contivity VPN Client (from Nortel), the Echolife HG520b will restart within 5mins of the VPN connecting.

I was able to use the VPN client without issue on my old BT service.

Has anyone else had these issues?

normally there are only issues with the D-link router supplied by TT on VPN... do you have another router to test with?

I would reduce the MTU on the HG520 to 1400, as 5 minutes of activity til disconnection could indicate packet fragmentation

I'll give it a go when I get home.

I do have a Cisco 1721 I'm going to set up as well to try
