I have been with Talktalk for 2 weeks now and still have no access to "My Account", I have phoned the support line and also posted on here but still have the problem is there anywhere else to go to ask for help.

Hi, do you mean when you go to login to 'my account' it rejects your email address/password or does it accept them and just come up with a blank page ?

OK, when you signed up with talktalk you will have had to give them an email address where they can send your order progress to. This is the email address you need to use to sign in. In my case, it was a hotmail address.

You will also have had to set up a password when you signed up. This is the password you use to sign in with, not your TT connection password.

I originaly had an email from TT to my TT email asking me to sign up for online billing, the box for confirm email did nothing and had a red cross in it so did not work, i then online billing link and was able to sign up and had email to confirm.

Right, It won't be a TT email address, because when you originally signed up for broadband, you will have been on a different provider, and therefore won't at that point have had a TT email address.

It's most likely to be your old email address with your old internet provider. The email will have contained details of your order, including the order tracking number.

Hello marlin,

A confirmation email was sent to your talktalk email address, I am guessing you didn't get this.....

I have requested for another email to be sent "within 48hours" Once you get it just follow the instructions to register for My Account and online billing.

Hi

Just been on phone to tech help to find out what email address i have registered and it turned out that the i had 3 email addresses and the 1 i had been using was down twice so they swithed it to the other address and it now works.

Wonder why this didnt happen 2 weeks ago when i phoned!!!!!!

I have a similar problem. I can access my account via the Car Phone Warehouse site but not via the TT/AOL homepage. When I phoned TT they checked and said it was working. I tried again and "email not found" again. As I recall I did once get in via the TT page but never since.
