Hi,
I took out the talktalk international 3 package in January because of the free international calls. I also like the fact that I could call a Bulgarian mobile for 15p/min
However - it now seems that calls to bulgarian mobiles are being charged at 65p! I have looked up the tarrif sheet (dated 1st feb 2008) but this has all changed as the international tarrif has been replaced by the gloabal tarrif and seems to imply that i will be charged at the higher rate.
Now i wish i had downloaded and kept the January tarrif sheet as I was very careful to check that mobile calls would be charged at 15p and i am convinced this is what it said. I would not have signed up if this was not the case.
I tried customer care but got the usual 30 minute wait - a brief discussion about the the fact my tarrif did not inclued this and then was cut off!
Does anyone have the tarrif sheet from January so I can double check my facts? Please don't refer me to the latest version because as i said it has changed.
Many thanks
Mark
