Can you also please check if my profile has been fiddled with last night because now - in addition to the evening disconnections* - my speed has gone to 512k. Maybe its revenge because I was (justifiably) stroppy on the phone.





*which are obviously caused by a poltergeist who only comes out between 6 and 10pm to fiddle with the connection

Your speed was moved to 512k yesterday. This may have been for testing purposes, the lower your speed the more stable the connection. I've moved you back to 12Db as before.

Thanks. In my case it wasn't the case - slow and disconnecting.

I subsequently rang about the modem earlier and the guy I spoke to said he had cancelled the order.

Also - the guy this morning did not mention any charge for the modem, so presumably that is correct.

I have just checked your account and to confirm there will be no charges for the modem.

I toes look though that the order completed and the modem sent out.
