If you are having problems where caller ID is not working then check it is not because of your microfilters.
Unplug all your telephony kit, making a careful note of where it went, and plug your phone back into the telephone socket directly without using a microfilter. If this cures your caller ID issue then you may have a faulty or overly aggressive microfilter.
Try plugging the phone in via a microfilter and see if caller ID is still working. Repeat with all the microfilters you use until you find the faulty one and replace it.
