As you hopefully have heard, TalkTalk is currently seeing major infrastructure upgrades in order to keep up with the capacity demands in the outer London 0208 dial-code area.
We spoke to Opal Telecom (Carphone Warehouse's telecoms subsidiary) who are providing these upgrades, they assure us that a huge boost to capacity is due this week. We'll keep you posted... in the meantime, thanks as always for your patience!
Do let us know if you have experiencing issues which we don't know about. Check our current network problems page, if you are experiencing issues with your TalkTalk broadband or landline telephone and your area is not listed please contact their faults department on 0870 087 8777.
