TalkTalk customers are being targeted by 3rd parties who are looking to fraudulently obtain bank account information. The email apparently sent from the address This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it is NOT from TalkTalk and should simply be deleted. Do NOT follow the links contained in the email or submit any information on the update page.
If you have already submitted any information then we advise you contact your bank in order to stop any potential fraudulent payments being taken from your account.
