Following customer reaction to the hold music and poetry that TalkTalk have used whilst a customer is on hold for the contact centres we have decided to try something a little different! We would like to give you the customer the choice of what you hear whilst on hold.
There are four options for you to have a listen to then we would like you to cast your vote for your favourite. We will then combine the results from the Members Forum poll with several other polls which will run at the same time and use the most popular option on our IVR for customers to listen to whilst on hold for an advisor.
Please note that these are demo versions completed by an amateur "voice" and the quality is not as the finished article would sound. Please cast your vote and let us know your opinion in the On-hold Options topic in the General Customer Services forum.
