Customers have reported a blocked / spam error message when sending email from their TalkTalk account to various e-mail providers such as Tiscali etc.
TalkTalk e-mails are currently incorrectly blacklisted by certain SPAM filtering engines are the destination e-mail provider is blocking the e-mail.
TalkTalk are working with the ISPs and the SPAM filterers to correct their SPAM tables.
Until they have resolved this external e-mail will be blocked by the 3rd parties.
Emails validated / checked using the services of UCEprotect (e.g. to an address at supanet.com) will be undelivered and you'll get an error 550 back... we have once again informed CPWN and they will update us shortly.
