Customers have reported a blocked / spam error message when sending email from their TalkTalk account to an NTL account. This error is generated by NTL as a result of email traffic routing and throughput.
The idea that this was a SPAM blacklisting has turned out not to be the case.
CPWN Senior Systems Engineers have been in discussion with Virgin/NTL regarding email traffic routing and connection availability. By adopting some modifications suggested, and by CPWN themselves tweakings DNS settings, the mail traffic throughput will be much improved. This should alleviate and potentially solve the NTL email rejection issue, more testing is required to prove this.
