TalkTalk currently have an issue with data on online bills viewed through mytalktalk showing incorrect values for bills produced on 17th, 21st, 25th or 28th of the month. This is due to a problem with the online functionality reading the billing files and does not in anyway affect the bill the customer receives via email or the customer payment.
They've identified where the problem is and the issue should be addressed with a bulk fix expected later today! Thanks to everyone for your patience while they correct this online billing display info. We'll update here and on the forums when the fix is in place or there are any other updates
