If you have come to this page then you are probably experiencing issues with your "My Account" or your initial registration.
Almost all of the issues you experience will require assistance from TalkTalk to resolve however there are a few steps you can take with certain errors.
Visit the "My Account" page and click on the link for forgotten password. You will then be asked for your email address, once you have clicked submit an email will be sent containing details of how you can access your account. Please note i can take an hour for the e-mail to arrive but it is usually quicker than this.
