We monitor and analyse our Web site and forums stats, visitor and traffic profiles, and links and search usage. Some of you may be interested to see this information too. Our Web Site Analytics Summary (pdf 118KB) is available for download for anyone who's interested. If this file proves popular (we'll monitor this ;-) then we'll make sure it's updated regularly.

Network Improvements

A massive network upgrade is currently underway which will improve not only reliability but also the potential for future services.

Local exchanges are being migrated onto the TalkTalk Technology^* network. To date around 700 exchanges have been migrated onto the network which utilises new optical equipment and means no more relying on third party carriers and suppliers. Another key benefit of this upgrade a ten-fold increase to Gigabit capacity over the network.

TalkTalk customers may have received a phishing email recently (see copy below). This IS NOT a valid email from TalkTalk and should not be responded to. If you do receive this email simply delete it (do not reply or forward or send to TalkTalk). Together we can beat phishing (or at least ignore it)...
