Customers have reported a blocked / spam error message when sending email from their TalkTalk account to various e-mail providers such as Tiscali etc.
TalkTalk e-mails are currently incorrectly blacklisted by certain SPAM filtering engines are the destination e-mail provider is blocking the e-mail.
TalkTalk are working with the ISPs and the SPAM filterers to correct their SPAM tables.
Until they have resolved this external e-mail will be blocked by the 3rd parties.

TalkTalk currently have an issue with data on online bills viewed through mytalktalk showing incorrect values for bills produced on 17th, 21st, 25th or 28th of the month. This is due to a problem with the online functionality reading the billing files and does not in anyway affect the bill the customer receives via email or the customer payment.
